- Experience in relationship management and building networks across the business.
- Proven ability in organising and planning large-scale responsibilities.
- Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with large data sets (Excel or similar tools) and producing credible dashboards and analytics.
- Knowledge of Change Management practices (Portfolio/Programme/Project Management, e.g., Agile).
- High level of motivation and ability to work independently or in teams.
