Business Analyst

Salary: Rp 10.000.000 – Rp 15.000.000 per month

JOB REQUIREMENT :

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Actuarial Science, Economics, Risk Management, or a related discipline.

• 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, System Analyst, or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of business analysis activities, including requirement gathering, business process analysis, functional specification, solution design, testing, UAT, and project documentation.

• Understanding of Risk Management, IFRS 17, IFRS 9, and insurance business processes will be advantage

• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional system solutions.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.

• Familiarity with SDLC and system implementation projects.
