The GCDM Center of Expertise Customer Data Design is responsible for the business architecture, customer data model, reference data model, and design governance of OnePAM. We are looking for a senior analyst who combines strong analytical capabilities with a passion for modelling and designing business information solutions.

You will work at the heart of ING's customer data domain, helping countries and delivery teams solve complex data challenges while safeguarding consistency within the global OnePAM model.

What you will do

  • Define and maintain business and conceptual data models for customer-related information.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and future-proof data designs.
  • Own and develop OnePAM business definitions, taxonomies
  • Liaise with feature teams to help the develop domain models while ensuring consistency in the overall model;
  • Maintain the logical model and related integration concepts.
  • Coordinate and execute reference data governance and maintenance processes.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and support data-related decision making.
  • Work closely with business, architecture, and delivery teams across multiple countries.
  • Align with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Active contribution to education and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Ability to operate independently in an international environment.
  • Banking experience or affinity with financial services is preferred.
