As our data analytics expert within the Business Management team, you will turn data into decisions that shape how we build and grow our products.
- Monitor business performance, customer segment data and market signals using SQL to shape the product roadmap, build performance dashboards and drive iterative improvements
- Drive end-to-end product development by collaborating closely with product owners, operation teams, compliance, and other relevant stakeholders to launch and commercialise new product features
- Ensure product roll-outs and business processes are aligned regionally while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory compliance and risk requirements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand customers’ needs and pain points, translating these into actionable and effective product design
- Develop insights into product and market trends, as well as understanding the competitive landscape across the region through research
- Currently pursuing/possesses a Bachelor's Degree and above in Business Analytics, Engineering, Computing, Economics, Statistics and other related fields, expected to graduate by Jul 2027 & join us by Aug 2027
- Proficient and comfortable in SQL, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Prior internship/full-time/part-time working experience in data analytics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong logical thinking and quantitative analysis ability
- Proactive, open to learn, strong builder and intrapreneurial mindset, ready to be hands-on
