Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work on enterprise digital transformation and MarTech projects. The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, preparing documentation, and coordinating with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and use cases.
- Conduct stakeholder discussions and requirement-gathering workshops.
- Analyze business processes and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, UX teams, and business stakeholders.
- Define requirements for CX applications, portals, mobile applications, lead-generation forms, and digital workflows.
- Work with CMS and MarTech platforms, preferably AEM.
- Maintain project documentation using Jira and Confluence.
- Work in an Agile environment and collaborate with global teams.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CX, MarTech, CMS, or digital transformation projects.
- Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other CMS platforms.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
AEM / Adobe Experience Cloud experience will be an added advantage.
