Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Business System Design (BSD) documents.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to identify and implement effective software solutions.
• Prepare and deliver software presentations and demonstrations.
• Provide first-level technical support to business users and support teams.
• Conduct technical review meetings with vendors and business stakeholders.
• Prepare test cases and conduct application testing.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge-transfer activities during team transitions.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of BRD/BSD documentation, software testing, and application support.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, technical teams, and business users.
• Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.
