Business Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst who can thoroughly understand product briefs, business objectives, and stakeholder expectations, and translate them into clear, structured product requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze product briefs to understand business goals, user needs, and product functionality.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, identify gaps, and define scope.
* Prepare comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), including functional requirements, user flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
* Ensure requirements are clearly documented and aligned with business objectives.
* Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation.

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role.
* Proven experience in writing PRDs, BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Ability to create user flows, wireframes, process diagrams, and use case documentation.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling changing priorities.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

* Experience in a product-based or tech company.
* Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools.
* Familiarity with API documentation and system integrations.
