About Satellite Foundation

Satellite Foundation connects and empowers young people aged 8 to 25 who have a family member living with mental health challenges through creative, peer-based in-person and online programs.

About the role

Reporting to the Director, Operations, the Business Analyst translates operational and program needs into well-defined technology solutions. The role coordinates work across CRM, Microsoft 365, a new learning management system and a website upgrade, working with staff, digital partners and vendors.

Key responsibilities

· Scope, document and coordinate technology enhancements across Satellite's operating environment.

· Lead procurement, vendor evaluation, configuration and launch of the learning management system.

· Define requirements and coordinate delivery, testing, content migration and training for the website upgrade.

· Facilitate workshops and produce requirements, process maps, test plans and status reporting.

· Manage risks, issues and dependencies and ensure safeguarding and age-appropriate design are built into digital solutions.

About you

· Demonstrated business analysis experience covering requirements, documentation, testing and solution delivery.

· Experience with CRM and Microsoft 365 platforms, including SharePoint and Teams.

· Ability to configure, test and troubleshoot systems and translate between technical and non-technical audiences.

· Experience coordinating several workstreams and supporting procurement and vendor evaluation.

· Sound independent judgement and the ability to work effectively in a small organisation.

Would be great if you have experience with Zoho CRM and website delivery involving child safety and digital safeguarding and hold relevant business analysis or information systems qualifications.
