Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detailed oriented Business Analyst professional to join our team in a traineeship contract for 6 months. This position reports to the Director, you will act as a vital client interface, providing critical business analysis to support automation and AI projects. The role offers professional development in business analysis methodologies including workflow mapping and process redesign. Work Location: Remote

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Map current (“As-Is”) business processes through stakeholder workshops to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.

• Gather and document business requirements, define project scope, and prepare business analysis artifacts to support automation consultancy projects.

• Analyze existing business processes and develop optimized (“To-Be”) workflows that align with business objectives, improves operational efficiency, and support successful automation outcomes.

• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to translate requirements into automation solutions and support implementation.
