Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams
Conduct market and competitive analysis to support business decisions
Identify gaps in current processes and recommend data-driven improvements
Work with cross-functional teams including IT, product, sales, and operations
Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
Support project planning, execution, and change management efforts
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder interviews
Requirements
Bacgelor's/ Master's degree in(Business Analytics) Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
Proven experience (minimum 1year) as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
Knowledge of business process modeling, project management tools, and documentation techniques
