As a Business Analyst at Ohpen you would play an important role in solving the vital challenges in front of us. Thanks to your ability to speak the language of our clients as well as our software developers, you will become the connecting piece between both these worlds. As BA you’d be working with cloud-based SaaS solution, Ohpen's Lending Platform and act as connection between our clients & development teams, for everything connected to solution offering.

You will understand the wishes of customers and fit them to Ohpen's current product portfolio, as you’ll be translating functional requirements into technical ones. Alongside this, you’ll be able to advise customers on their processes and help improve their overall experience.

- You have 4+ years of experience in the UK mortgage market, working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role where you translated customer requirements into technical requirements;
- You have been part of software development processes and are comfortable working closely with technical teams;
- You are a strong communicator who can bridge the gap between customers and technical teams;
- You have experience with stakeholder management and/or implementations (a strong advantage).
