Business Analyst

Summary

Business Analyst driving process improvement, continuous improvement, and digital transformation at a managed service provider — facilitating workshops, mapping processes, building business cases, and identifying automation and AI opportunities.

Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Continuous Improvement, Business Change, Operational Excellence, or Digital Transformation
  • Curiosity and an interest in understanding how organisations really work
  • Experience working in fast-moving environments and delivering measurable results
  • Experience in growing SMEs, scale-up organisations, technology services businesses, managed service providers, or telecoms organisations
Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, customer outcomes, and business performance
  • Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
  • Diagnose operational challenges and identify root causes
  • Maintain a pipeline of improvement opportunities
  • Gather and analyse business requirements
  • Produce process maps and workflow analysis
  • Assess impacts, dependencies, and risks
  • Support evidence-based decision-making
  • Analyse end-to-end business processes
  • Identify inefficiencies, rework, and manual effort
  • Recommend practical improvements
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop business cases supporting investment decisions
  • Define measurable benefits and success criteria
  • Support ROI assessments
  • Help prioritise opportunities based on value and strategic alignment
  • Support business transformation initiatives
  • Contribute to roadmap development activities
