Business Analyst
Summary
Business Analyst driving process improvement, continuous improvement, and digital transformation at a managed service provider — facilitating workshops, mapping processes, building business cases, and identifying automation and AI opportunities.
Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements:- Experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Continuous Improvement, Business Change, Operational Excellence, or Digital Transformation
- Curiosity and an interest in understanding how organisations really work
- Experience working in fast-moving environments and delivering measurable results
- Experience in growing SMEs, scale-up organisations, technology services businesses, managed service providers, or telecoms organisations
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, customer outcomes, and business performance
- Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Diagnose operational challenges and identify root causes
- Maintain a pipeline of improvement opportunities
- Gather and analyse business requirements
- Produce process maps and workflow analysis
- Assess impacts, dependencies, and risks
- Support evidence-based decision-making
- Analyse end-to-end business processes
- Identify inefficiencies, rework, and manual effort
- Recommend practical improvements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop business cases supporting investment decisions
- Define measurable benefits and success criteria
- Support ROI assessments
- Help prioritise opportunities based on value and strategic alignment
- Support business transformation initiatives
- Contribute to roadmap development activities
