Job Title: Business Analyst Oracle Financial
Location: Pune
Experience: 5–10 Years
Duration: 1 Year(After 1-year Strong performers will be converted full time with MasterCard)
Shift: Rotational – 6:00 AM–2:00 PM / 2:00 PM–11:00 PM
Work Schedule: Must be flexible to work on weekends and take a weekday off on a rotational basis.

Job Description:

MasterCard is looking for a Business Analyst with strong functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite Financials to support financial applications, production support, enhancements, projects, and business requirements.

The candidate will work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective support and continuous improvement of Oracle Financial applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage enhancements, projects, system strategy, configurations, setups, and support for Oracle E-Business Suite Financial modules.
• Provide functional support for Oracle Financial applications and related tools.
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and provide application guidance, training, and support.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Collaborate with technical teams for issue analysis, testing, and resolution.
• Handle production support, including ticket logging, problem management, status communication, and escalation.
• Evaluate new Oracle products and functionalities based on business requirements.
• Prepare and maintain functional/technical documentation and training guides.
• Perform testing for Oracle patches, upgrades, modifications, and enhancements.
• Create business requirements, functional analysis, process documentation, and project-related documentation.
• Support configuration and troubleshooting of Oracle Financial modules.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders across a multinational environment.

Mandatory Skills

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Financials / Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 / 12.2.x.
• Experience with core Oracle Financial modules such as:
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Cash Management
• Oracle Treasury
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Strong understanding of Banking setups and financial processes.
• Experience in Oracle production support and enhancement projects.
• Strong business requirement gathering and functional documentation skills.
• Good testing/UAT experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle EBS 12.2.9 experience.
• Oracle Treasury, AR and Cash Management.
• Banking setup/configuration experience.
• Microsoft Project and Visio.
• Project management methodologies.
• Experience working with multinational/global stakeholders..
