Summary
The Business Analyst will gather and document functional requirements, create process maps and user stories, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) throughout the project lifecycle. They are also responsible for maintaining system documentation and developing end-user training materials.
Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and research. Create process maps, user stories, business rules, and functional requirements.
