Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst, your core mission is to bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring software aligns with requirements.
What you will do:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements;
Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with project requirements;
Advocate for stakeholders' needs and priorities;
Work closely with developers, QA team, and other BAs to ensure that software solutions meet quality standards and functional requirements.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Business Analysis;
At least intermediate proficiency in both written and spoken English;
Proficiency in eliciting and documenting business requirements;
Ability to break down large and complex tasks into simple and easy ones, build the correct connections between them, and the ability to describe the algorithm for developers;
Ability to model and prototype interfaces in Figma or others;
Experience in integrating with third-party systems (API, files exchange);
Experience using Jira, Trello, browser Developer tools, Figma, Postman, Slack, any raster graphic editor;
Confident understanding of various file formats (CSV, JSON, XML);
Basic knowledge of SQL;
Ability to model processes and data on UML diagrams;
High level of mastery of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.

What would be a plus but not required:
Experience in CRM/Fintech.
Time Zone Requirement
Availability to work within the UTC+6 to UTC+7 time zones is required to ensure sufficient daily overlap with both our European and Australian teams.
