Business Analyst
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between complex insurance business needs and AI-driven solutions. In this role, you’ll translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications, map critical workflows, and serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
Responsibilities:
Partner with insurance business units to identify, prioritize, and define high-impact AI use cases
Translate complex business problems and legacy insurance rules into detailed functional requirements and user stories
Map, analyze, and optimize end-to-end business workflows to uncover automation opportunities
Facilitate design sessions and requirement-gathering workshops that bring together business stakeholders and technical squads
Define objective User Acceptance Testing (UAT) criteria and validate that delivered AI models meet performance targets
Conduct gap analyses to ensure new AI capabilities integrate seamlessly with existing customer-facing channels
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain, with strong knowledge of insurance products, workflows, and legacy business rules
Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured functional requirements and user stories
Strong process mapping and workflow optimization skills (e.g., BPMN or equivalent methodologies)
Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops between business and technical stakeholders
Solid understanding of UAT design and validation, including defining acceptance criteria for AI/ML-driven solutions
Analytical mindset with experience conducting gap analyses across business and technical systems
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to act as a key interface between business and engineering teams
Familiarity with AI/ML solution delivery lifecycles is a strong plus
