This Business Analyst role involves supporting a digital transformation project for a global insurance brand by capturing and documenting requirements for a new digital quote platform. Salary: $100,000 + Super

The Company:

A global insurance brand with fantastic CBD offices and a strong, collaborative culture is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-profile Digital Transformation program on a 9-month fixed term contract.

Working across a local and overseas project team, you will take an end-to-end approach to business analysis, supporting the implementation of a new Digital Quote platform for the organisation’s broker network.

The Role:

You will work closely with a locally based program team, global teams and external partners to capture and document technology and business requirements, while ensuring stakeholders are actively engaged, informed and aligned throughout the end-to-end delivery lifecycle.

Supported by an experienced Program Manager, you will be a strong communicator with superior documentation and stakeholder management skills. You will be responsible for keeping local and overseas stakeholders informed, managing requirements effectively and ensuring key deliverables remain on track to meet project deadlines.

Skills:

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst working with technical and business teams

  • Insurance or Financial Services experience highly regarded

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage effectively across all levels

  • Experience working on digital transformation projects highly regarded

  • Proven experience delivering implementation projects involving both technical and business requirements

  • Strong Excel skills, including the ability to maintain and manage project plans


The Opportunity:

With stakeholders based across Australia and Europe, some flexibility to attend after-hours meetings will be required. The role offers a hybrid working environment, with three days in the CBD office and two days working from home.
