We're looking for a Business Analyst to join projects delivered for a leading banking client.

You'll be working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams, helping to shape and deliver new functionalities within banking systems. The role combines business analysis, requirements gathering, process modelling, and project documentation in a collaborative Agile environment.

Must Have

  • Higher education (technical, economic, banking-related, or similar)

  • Commercial experience as a Business Analyst within banking projects

  • Knowledge of banking products and banking processes

  • Experience participating in projects related to the implementation of new functionalities in banking systems

  • Good knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML modelling techniques

  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience creating business, functional, and project documentation

  • Fluent English (minimum C1 level)

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in Agile environments

  • Knowledge of system integration projects

  • Experience collaborating with architects and development teams

  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements within the banking sector

  • Ability to independently drive analytical activities and stakeholder workshops

Responsibilities:

  • Identify business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements

  • Analyse business processes and propose optimal system solutions

  • Prepare and maintain analytical, functional, and project documentation

  • Create and maintain BPMN/UML models and process documentation

  • Review and validate project deliverables and key project documents

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and product teams

  • Support project delivery throughout the entire project lifecycle

  • Participate in workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution discussions

  • Support ongoing project initiatives within the banking domain
