As part of an ongoing business transformation agenda, they are seeking a talented Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of critical change programmes.
Job Description
Reporting into the programme leadership team, you will play a key role in delivering a large-scale operational transformation initiative within the banking environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders
- Evaluate current operating processes and design future-state workflows to improve efficiency and controls
- Support complex migration and transformation activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks and key deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and drive consensus across business and operational teams
- Collaborate with governance, risk and compliance functions to ensure regulatory requirements are incorporated into solutions
- Support testing activities, implementation planning and organisational change readiness
The Successful Applicant
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst within banking, financial services or regulated environments
- Bachelor degree in relevant field
- Private Banking experience will be advantageous
