Business Analyst to support our Next Generation Point-of-Sale (NGPOS) Engineering Support POD. This role will work closely with Product, Engineering, Support, and business stakeholders to drive application enhancements, manage requirements, and support operational initiatives for a large-scale retail POS platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business and functional requirements for enhancements and support initiatives.
Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT activities.
Partner in analyzing production issues and enhancement requests to determine business impact and priorities.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, support teams, and engineering teams to facilitate delivery.
Maintain functional documentation and knowledge articles related to NGPOS processes and features wherever applicable.
Partner for release readiness and change management activities.

Mandatory Skills:
Strong experience with requirements gathering, user stories, and Agile delivery.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting application enhancements and production operations.

Other Skills:
Retail, POS, or Store Systems experience.
Understanding of APIs, integrations, and microservices.
SQL and data analysis experience.
Experience working with cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure).
