Business Analyst (PeopleSoft)
Summary
Business Analyst (8+ years) joining an Agile team building healthcare applications, focused on PeopleSoft FSCM Accounts Payable: leading requirements and functional design, analyzing Procure-to-Pay and voucher-to-payment lifecycles, and supporting configuration, testing, and production issues using SQL/PS Query.
As a Business Analyst (PeopleSoft) you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities: -
· 8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
· Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Accounts Payable
· Ability to independently lead requirements and functional solution design
· Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and voucher-to-payment lifecycle
· Hands-on knowledge of: o Voucher creation, matching and approvals o Voucher posting and accounting entries o Vendor/supplier processes o Pay Cycle and payment processing Requirements gathering and gap analysis
· Functional specifications and process flows
· Configuration and impact analysis
· SIT/UAT planning and defect triage
· Production issue analysis and resolution
· Ability to work closely with PeopleCode developers and business stakeholders
· Strong SQL / PS Query knowledge preferred Preferred
· Experience with GL, Purchasing, AR or other PeopleSoft FSCM modules
· PUM/upgrade experience • Integration/interface experience
· Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skill
