This is a permanent opportunity suited to an experienced Business Analyst who thrives in ambiguity, loves shaping "as-is / to-be" processes, and can confidently influence stakeholders at all levels.

The Opportunity

You'll partner closely with Technology and business stakeholders to define, clarify, and drive requirements from discovery through to delivery - ensuring solutions are practical, traceable, and aligned to real customer and operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders across Technology and business units to gather, validate, and prioritise business and technical requirements
  • Translate complex concepts into clear, actionable requirements, user stories, and process documentation
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, walkthroughs to uncover needs, pain points, and opportunities
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to align business objectives to technical solutions
  • Maintain high-quality documentation, including version control across analysis artefacts
  • Document current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) processes
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and ensuring solutions address them
  • Support delivery with any other duties as directed

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years' end-to-end Business Analysis experience
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Advanced process mapping and BA documentation capability
  • Expertise in user story mapping and persona-based requirements gathering
  • Working knowledge of BPMN and familiarity with BABOK tools/techniques
  • Exposure to AI tools used in BA practice
  • Domain experience in Telco and/or Energy (Power, Gas, Electricity)
  • Clear written and verbal communication; able to operate at both strategic and operational levels
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and support continuous improvement
