About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst with 4–5 years of experience to join a global data-driven environment. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and subject matter experts to support and improve processes within the consent management and data domain.
The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis capabilities with an understanding of data-related processes and thrives in a collaborative, regulated environment. Experience within healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or medical industries will be highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.

  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to drive alignment across business and technical teams.

  • Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of consent management and data-related processes.

  • Work within Agile frameworks, managing requirements through tools such as Jira and AirFocus.

  • Analyze end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions aligned with business objectives.

  • Ensure solutions meet regulatory, compliance, and quality requirements within a controlled environment.

  • Support testing, validation, user acceptance activities, and change management initiatives.

  • Contribute to global projects and collaborate effectively across multiple countries and cultures.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

  • Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements and supporting business transformation initiatives.

  • Hands-on experience working in Agile environments, including creating user stories and managing requirements using Jira and AirFocus.

  • Experience working with complex, integrated systems.

  • Understanding of data-related processes and solutions.

  • Experience in regulated environments (e.g., GxP or similar compliance frameworks).

  • Ability to work effectively in virtual and global teams.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Knowledge of User-Centered Design, Design Thinking, business process design, or user experience concepts is an advantage.

  • Experience supporting data-related projects in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or clinical research environments is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Fluent English and Polish.
