Business Analyst (Prime Brokerage)

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Collaborate with front-office, operations, and technology teams to support Prime Brokerage initiatives.
• Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Coordinate UAT activities, testing execution, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
• Support project planning, status tracking, and stakeholder communications.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure successful delivery of business requirements.
• Participate in strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide hands-on support across multiple project activities beyond traditional BA responsibilities when required.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Banking or Capital Markets.
• Exposure to or experience in Prime Brokerage is highly preferred.
• Strong requirement-gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technology teams.
• Adaptable and flexible mindset with willingness to support testing, project management, and strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
