Business Analyst - Process Intelligence

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze end-to-end business processes using process mining techniques and enterprise data extracted from multiple source systems.
• Develop process visualizations, identify bottlenecks and compliance gaps, and quantify improvement opportunities using Celonis.
• Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations, business requirements, and transformation initiatives for business and IT stakeholders.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and management presentations based on large operational datasets.
• Coordinate process intelligence projects, manage deliverables, and support implementation of agreed process improvements.

Skills Required:

• 7 - 11 years of experience in business analysis, process intelligence, process mining, or business transformation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP data and business processes, including the ability to interpret enterprise system information.
• Practical experience using Celonis or a comparable process mining environment to analyze, visualize, and assess business processes.
• Strong understanding of process mining concepts, process analysis, process visualization, and data-driven process improvement.
• Experience processing, filtering, validating, and presenting large datasets sourced from multiple enterprise systems.
• Ability to partner effectively with business and IT teams, manage project activities, and communicate analytical conclusions to varied audiences.

Good to Have:

• Experience in process improvement and business analysis, with exposure to reporting platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or YAML and familiarity with SAP ECC or S/4HANA data structures.
• Exposure to AI, automation, or RPA initiatives and knowledge of biopharmaceutical business processes.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, life sciences, or a related discipline.
