Business Analyst & Product Owner – Agile & BPM

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business needs to translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Execute the Product Owner role within Agile trajectories by managing backlogs, roadmaps, and priorities.
• Optimize business processes and support digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Facilitate workshops and lead consultations with various stakeholders.
• Monitor the quality, progress, and added value of all implemented digital solutions.
• Contribute actively to innovation projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on general business operations and ICT.
• You possess 5+ years of experience in the development and optimization of business processes using BPM methodologies.
• You bring proven experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive product development.
• You have experience with reporting tools and methodologies, including KPIs and dashboards.
• You are native in Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Stakeholder Management and change management trajectories.
• Knowledge of Project Management facets such as costing, timing, and coordination.
• Experience with API architecture and integration challenges.
• Familiarity with Security, Privacy, and GDPR within ICT environments.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and user research.
