Business Analyst/Project Manager (Banking/ASAP)
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager with a strong background in the banking and financial services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, managing project delivery, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of banking solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders.
Lead end-to-end project management activities including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and delivery.
Collaborate with business users, product owners, developers, QA teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment of project objectives.
Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder meetings to define business needs and solution scope.
Create and maintain project plans, business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and status reports.
Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Support UAT planning, test execution, defect management, and production deployment activities.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across banking products and services.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and organizational governance processes.
Provide regular project updates and executive reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
