Business Analyst/Project Manager (Equity Derivatives)

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager to lead a critical Front-to-Back transformation project within the Equity Derivatives space. The successful candidate will act as Study Lead, driving end-to-end delivery — from target architecture definition and gap analysis through to migration and testing — while managing program governance and stakeholder approvals across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Act as Business Analyst/Project Manager, delivering the project end to end
• Lead the Front-to-Back study, including target architecture definition and gap analysis
• Produce Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• Act as Migration Study Lead and Testing Lead, defining testing and migration strategy and plans
• Run program governance, including regular Operational and Steering Committees
• Perform IT project lifecycle (PLC) processes, including IT validation committees and related approvals
• Coordinate and secure approvals from Compliance, Legal, and outsourcing validation processes as required
• Manage planning, budgeting, and overall program governance

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Project Management within Capital Markets
• Strong functional knowledge across Front-to-Back-to-Finance: Trade Processing, Booking Systems, Documentation, Settlement, Accounting, Risk & PnL, Reconciliation, and Regulatory Reporting
• CIB (Corporate & Investment Banking) product knowledge preferred
• Experience with Equity Derivatives, including TRS (Total Return Swaps) and Structured Derivatives, preferred
• Proven experience running study governance, steering committees, and IT validation processes
• Strong stakeholder management skills across Compliance, Legal, and Operations
