Business Analyst (Quality Assurance Specialist)

Salary: ₱50,000 – ₱60,000 per month

We are looking for a Business Analyst (Quality Assurance Specialist) with at least 5 years of experience in SAP or similar enterprise systems. You will play a key role in validating system functionality, executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and delivering end-user training to support successful system adoption and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Validate system functionality against business requirements, functional specifications, and expected outcomes.

• Document Testing Results: Record test scenarios, test execution results, defects, and issues to ensure proper tracking and resolution.

• Conduct End-User Training: Facilitate system training sessions to prepare users for new implementations, system enhancements, and process changes.

• Deliver Knowledge Transfer: Develop and share system documentation, user guides, and process instructions to promote effective system utilization.

• Support System Readiness: Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and project teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth system deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP or other enterprise systems, such as ERP platforms or comparable business applications.

• Experience executing and documenting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Strong understanding of business requirements, functional validation, and end-to-end business processes.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience conducting end-user training or knowledge transfer sessions.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
