Description
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with a minimum of 4 years of payments + cash management domain expertise
- Must have experience in documenting user journeys and user stories and requirements.
- Must have experience on corporate banking channels and its workflows
- Must have in-depth knowledge of Transaction Banking products and channels.
- Must have previous experience in implementing overall payments & pricing mechanisms in Banks/Financial Institutions.
- Must have experience on SWIFT messages MT1XX, MT2XX, MT9XX and PACS, CAMT for MX as per ISO 200022
- Experience with previous project deliveries for cash products - iBanking, Intellect, LMS, DDS, WPS, Swift, Recon process and Statements.
- Knowledge and experience in International market regulator and domain.
- Demonstrates ability to undertake business analysis within an Agile environment with experience in requirement gathering, documentation and management.
- Demonstrates ability to facilitate and elicit feedback from groups across multiple disciplines.
- Demonstrates ability to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team or independently, including taking initiative, providing regular updates on your work, seeking, and providing support as required.
- Demonstrates functional and conceptual understanding of technical matters, as well as the proven ability to quickly learn new business domains and technical applications.

- Define requirements and perform quality assurance to streamline all the payment processing capabilities of the Bank into one central hub.
- Work experience as part of an Agile or Waterfall model to deliver high quality business requirements and solutions for key stakeholders.
- Engage with SMEs, end users and Vendors to identify, document and validate the requirements based on user journeys and user stories for Implementing Treasury Management systems in Banks.
- Assist with the elaboration of the user stories/requirements, supporting team members with their work where required.
- Responsible to produce test scenarios, scripts and other UAT documentation and the identification and extraction of custom data for use in testing
- Execution of UAT against previously defined and signed-off business requirements or user stories or solution design
- Collation and reporting of all test results. Provide walkthroughs to stakeholders
- Provision of information to relevant parties to allow informed decisions to be made
- Highlighting key issues and problems relating to the product sign-off once the testing phase is complete
