Job Summary
Preferred domain experience in Bancassurance, life insurance, general insurance, customer onboarding, policy sourcing, and banking distribution channels. Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Bancassurance application enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Prepare BRD, FRS, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Liaise with business users, insurance partners, operations teams, developers, and testers.
- Support requirement walkthroughs, UAT planning, and defect triage discussions.
- Analyze Life Insurance and General Insurance onboarding journeys and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance, regulatory, and business requirements are adequately addressed.
- Review requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Execute Functional Testing, SIT, Regression Testing, and UAT support activities.
- Validate end-to-end onboarding, proposal sourcing, and policy processing journeys.
Requirements
- Experience in Banking, Insurance, or Bancassurance domain.
- Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of Life Insurance and General Insurance processes.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
