Responsibilities:
- Review Business Specifications, develop & execute Test Plan and User Documentation to ensure timely & quality delivery of IT solutions.
- Ensure that user requirements are effectively and accurately communicate to IT Department.
- Ensure solutions and systems provided meet business objectives.
- Responsible for Functional Testing of systems before release to UAT for User Testing.
- Plan and conduct feasibility studies and functional analysis of business requirements.
- Support User Acceptance Test Planning & automated and manual testing.
- Organize and co-ordinate all implementation activities and user acceptance testing.
- Continually assess the effectiveness of business specifications and testing methodology in terms of contents and format.
- Develop & review User Guide and Standard Operating Process (SOP).
Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years experience in BA role
- Analytical and problem solving abilities
- Familiar with MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Effective documentation and communication
- Experience in managing IT projects and administration is advantageous
- Understanding of User interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design principles and how to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces.
- Preferred with BA experience from banking/insurance or experience with with insurance domain, sales engagement, UI/UX design, cross platforms integration.
