The Regional Credit Operations team drives operational improvements across Monee’s consumer and SME lending businesses.
We work closely with local and regional operations, product and risk policy teams to improve productivity, resource utilisation and operational performance across markets. Our work spans process optimisation, resource planning and the implementation of technology and AI-enabled solutions.
In this role, you will analyse business performance, identify improvement opportunities and drive cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in business analysis, operations improvement or project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate operational data into practical recommendations.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and driving actions through to implementation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and markets.
- Ability to structure project plans, manage competing priorities and proactively resolve or escalate issues.
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable learning new processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree and strong interest in project management and process improvement
