Business Analyst

Summary

Business Analyst on digital transformation programmes involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 and e-commerce platforms, working with stakeholders using Agile methodologies, process mapping, and user stories.

Salary: £45,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital transformation programmes
  • Experience delivering projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online customer journeys
  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, user stories and process mapping
  • Desirable experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Visio, BPMN or system integrations
Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements
  • Lead stakeholder workshops and facilitate business discussions
  • Support the implementation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Analyse current and future business processes, producing process maps and gap analyses
  • Work closely with development, testing and project delivery teams
  • Support UAT, change management and user adoption activities
