Business Analyst

Salary: Rp 10.000.000 – Rp 15.000.000 per month

- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst.
- Experience working on customer-facing, CRM, retail, e-commerce, or similar projects.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation.
- Able to translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with UAT, test scenarios, and go-live support.
- Good knowledge of BPMN, flowcharts, swimlane, or process mapping.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
- Basic understanding of API, webhooks, system integration, and data flows.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
