Business Analyst - Salesforce

Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce.

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of Salesforce features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Reports/Dashboards, Flows, and automation tools.

- Hands-on experience in writing user stories, functional specifications, and UAT plans.

- Strong documentation and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio/Lucid chart, Word).

Methodologies & Tools :

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

- Ability to create detailed documentation : BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and design walkthroughs.
