Business Analyst - SAP Hybris @ Hyderabad Location

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong knowledge of SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud to understand business requirements, analyze processes, and work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective e-commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) developers, architects, QA teams, and project managers.
• Understand e-commerce business processes, including product catalog management, pricing, promotions, shopping carts, checkout, and order management.
• Create business process flows, use cases, functional documentation, and requirement traceability matrices.
• Support backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate business requirements, and support defect resolution.
• Manage requirement changes and ensure alignment between business expectations and technical solutions.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud projects.
• Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and business processes.
• Experience in requirement gathering, functional analysis, and documentation.
• Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud integrations and third-party systems.
• Knowledge of B2B and B2C e-commerce business models.
• Understanding of product information management (PIM), pricing, promotions, and order management.
• Familiarity with APIs and system integration concepts.
• Experience supporting UAT and end-to-end business process testing.

Work Location Requirement

This position is based in Hyderabad and requires working from the office five days a week. Remote or work-from-home opportunities are not available.
