Business Analyst (SAP S/4HANA)- US MNC

Supports SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and testing for a US semiconductor MNC, focusing on logistics, inventory, and order fulfillment processes while validating data and resolving system issues.

Responsibilities
- Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, testing, cutover and deployment activities.
- Track project deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies and action items.
- Validate master and transactional data across SAP ECC, S/4HANA and reporting systems.
- Analyse SAP processes involving Finished Goods, logistics, order fulfilment, inventory and labelling.
- Investigate system, interface, label and data-related issues.
- Prepare UAT scripts, process documentation and project updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Analytics or related discipline.
- 3–8 years of SAP, ERP, business analysis or supply chain systems experience.
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
- Skills: SAP SD, MM, WM/EWM, PP or QM; SAP tables and ABAP interpretation; Power BI, Tableau, SQL or Snowflake.
- Strong data analysis, problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with business and technical teams.
