Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the enhancement and implementation of enterprise applications and operational workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into actionable user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
  • Develop test plans, test scenarios and test cases for system enhancements, upgrades and implementations
  • Coordinate and support system testing, user acceptance testing and defect resolution
  • Maintain functional specifications, process flows, user guides and system documentation
  • Support the planning and implementation of system roadmaps, enhancements and upgrades

Requirements:

  • Degree in Degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance or any relevant discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis, product management or system implementation
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications, preferably within financial services or a regulated environment
  • Knowledge of investment or portfolio management systems would be advantageous
