Key Responsibilities • Drive growth strategy across D2C websites and marketplaces • Manage and optimize paid channels including Meta and Google Ads • Lead SEO strategy and execution to improve organic visibility and traffic • Oversee website operations including CRO, landing page optimization, and funnel improvements • Manage product listings across marketplaces, ensuring accuracy, optimization, and discoverability • Analyze performance metrics, customer cohorts, CAC, LTV, and ROAS to inform decisions • Work closely with brand, creative, and tech teams to execute campaigns end-to end • Identify new growth channels and test innovative acquisition strategies
