🧑 💻 About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to analyze existing systems, document requirements, and support testing activities across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will work closely with clients, developers, and users to ensure requirements are clearly understood and system functionality meets expectations.
💡 What You'll Do
Analyze existing system behavior, code, and documentation, and translate findings into clear System Requirement Specifications (SRS).
Conduct client workshops and collaborate with stakeholders and developers to clarify requirements, workflows, and system functionality.
Design and execute Test Suites and System Integration Testing (SIT), documenting results and identifying system defects.
Investigate and analyze defects, coordinate with developers on resolutions, and ensure issues are properly tracked through closure.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by assisting users with test scenarios, clarifying system behavior, and coordinating issue resolution.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly while ensuring alignment between clients, users, and development teams.
💡 What You Bring In...
At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role.
Experience in requirements analysis, SRS documentation, test case/test suite creation, SIT, and UAT support.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Good/Advanced understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client management skills.
Basic knowledge of Java is an advantage.
