Basic Qualifications / Requirements:
· Bachelors – Computer Science, IT, Engineering or any related course
· Minimum RPA Tools Experience: ServiceNow, Genesys, Predictive intelligence, AI/ML/Azure, Python
· Automation Anywhere Certification is a plus or preferred
· Experience with SQL or .Net or Intelligent Automation (IA) are all pluses/preferred.
· Minimum 4+ years experience as an Business Analyst is required
· Master Certification on Any RPA tool is preferred
· Willing to work ONSITE in BGC Taguig
Key Responsibilities:
· Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline creation
· Good knowledge of Automation, RPA, and AI solutions
· Exposure to platforms like ServiceNow, Genesys, Copilot, Power Platform and related tools
· Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Support in proposal creation and solution design
· Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to deliver value
