Salary: $28,000 – $40,000 per month

Banking Business Analyst / Project Management professional to join our dynamic team. We welcome fresh talent who are eager to develop their career in banking technology and project management. As a Banking Business Analyst / Project Management professional, you will serve as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that banking solutions are delivered effectively and on schedule. You will play an integral role in shaping how our projects are executed and how business requirements are translated into actionable technology initiatives.

Banking Business Analyst/ Project Management Assistant / Banking AI project

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements from banking stakeholders to inform project scope and objectives

• Work Closely with Front (Front Office) to Back Office department stakeholders, ITs and Vendors

• Prepare User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans and coordinate overall UAT

• Assist in project management and implementation.

• Fresh talent will provide training

• Supervise and coordinate external vendors to complete projects on time, and ensure quality of deliverables

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance or a related discipline

• Fresh graduate or early-career professional with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Computer Science or related discipline

• Experience in remittance, interbank clearing project & cross border payment project (i.e. SWIFT, RTGS, CIPS, CNAPS) is an advantage.

• Possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills , willing to work in competent, challenging and team-working environment

• Self-motivated, creative, able to work under pressure and be flexible

• Good communications and presentation skills

• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
