Your tasks
- Act as consultant for process expert departments on topics related to key figures
- Creating and managing reports and dashboards in Celonis and ServiceNow
- Management and quality assurance of the existing reporting system
- Optimize the management of our operational units through understandable and clear solutions
- You are part of a motivated, international team
Your profile
- Desired University degree in Information Technology or similar
- You have experience in the field of reporting and process mining with Celonis, performance analysis and statistics (MUST HAVE)
- You have working experience in using or administering ServiceNow
- You are familiar with ITIL Foundation
- You understand service and support processes
- You are strong at analytical thinking and recognition of connections and dependencies between processes
- You are able to evaluate, review and test your own work
- You can prepare and conduct workshops confidently
- You can explain complex issues in a simplified way
- It motivates you when you familiarize yourself with new topics
- You are results oriented, and demonstrate a ‘can-do' attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
- Your English is fluent
