Job Title: Business Analyst (ServiceNow Uplift Project)

  • Rate: $800-$900 per day + super
  • Duration: ASAP until 18th December 2026 + potential extension
  • Location: Camperdown + WFH

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a strategic initiative focused on enhancing the student experience through uplifting an existing ServiceNow platform. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple priorities, and supporting diverse stakeholders across high-profile programs of work.

As Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in working with developers and designers to enhance and improve a current ServiceNow system, gathering requirements and addressing existing and new forms to deliver ServiceNow changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand and elicit requirements, ensuring alignment with project and organisational objectives
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to create, maintain, and refine documentation to provide clarity to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, facilitating effective communication channels to ensure alignment and understanding of change initiatives.
  • Analyse business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions, ensuring they are feasible and aligned with the university's goals and objectives.
  • Take the lead in handling stakeholder communications, ensuring that concerns are addressed effectively and timely while fostering a culture of trust and collaboration within the work area and beyond.

About You:

  • Strong familiarity and background working on ServiceNow projects.
  • Strong skills in gathering gusiness requirements and and business process analysis.
  • Facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Understanding of change management principles.
  • With agile methodology. With business intelligence and analytical tools.
  • Higher education experience highly desirable
