Business Analyst - SharePoint Transformation

Borg Group is undertaking a major SharePoint transformation project to modernise how information is managed, accessed and shared across the business.
We're seeking a Business Analyst to work closely with stakeholders across multiple businesses and departments to understand current processes, gather requirements, identify opportunities for improvement and support the successful rollout of a new SharePoint environment.
This role will be ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, understanding how teams work, translating business needs into practical solutions and helping drive organisational change.
Note: This role is onsite 5 days a week in Somersby.
What you'll be doing
Partner with stakeholders across the Group to gather, document and analyse business requirements.
Review existing SharePoint sites, document libraries, processes and ways of working to identify opportunities for improvement.
Map current and future state processes to support the SharePoint transformation.
Facilitate workshops, interviews and discovery sessions with business leaders and end users.
Work closely with IT, project teams and business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with operational requirements.
Support user acceptance testing, training, change management and project delivery activities.
About you
Manufacturing experience would be highly regarded.
Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Project Analyst or similar role.
Strong experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops and documenting business processes.
Exposure to SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft 365 or digital workplace transformation projects highly regarded.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
