Business Analyst
Summary
A Business Analyst who manages the team's backlog (creating, prioritizing, and accepting stories), facilitates team meetings and stakeholder communication, and analyzes business requirements to help deliver functionality to production using SCRUM or KANBAN methodologies.
Responsibilities
Be responsible for delivering functionality to production, together with the team;
Manage the team’s backlog: creating, prioritizing, analyzing and researching stories, accepting stories at the end of the sprint based on an accurate in-depth understanding of functionality and business needs;
Work closely with the team to achieve sprint goals;
Build strong and welcoming relationships with business users and stakeholders;
Engage with stakeholders – clarifying requirements, understanding their level of satisfaction with the team and functionality, adjusting team actions according to feedback;
Conduct and facilitate all team meetings;
Analyze business requirements, develop functionality for them, do necessary research to confirm/refute hypotheses.
Requirements
Availability of relevant experience;
Strong command of SCRUM or KANBAN methodologies:
Ability to lead complex discussions about team performance with product management and stakeholders;
Understand the technology components of the platform;
Conduct requirements analysis and create a technical description of the fiche work.
