Business Analyst / Solution Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst or Solution Analyst for an 8-12 month contract position based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will work with cybersecurity operations or intelligence teams and must be flexible to work in UK hours. This role requires strong analytical skills, ownership of complex functional changes, and the ability to deliver under aggressive timelines without compromising quality.

REQUIREMENTS

• Domain Expertise: Strong experience in business requirements definition and testing. Experience in business process documentation and process mapping. Exposure to cybersecurity operations or intelligence teams (preferred).
  
• Technical Skills: Skilled in writing use cases, user stories, and acceptance test scenarios. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or SAFe preferred). Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint). Hands-on experience with JIRA/Confluence or similar tools.
  
• Analytical & Delivery Skills: Strong analytical and documentation skills. Excellent planning and reporting abilities. Takes ownership of delivering complex functional changes end-to-end. Removes blockers and creates solutions during uncertainty. Supports aggressive delivery timelines without compromising quality.
  
• Education and Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Analyst. Experience in technology delivery within a complex organisation. Proven track record in producing Target Operating Models (TOM) or strategies. Experience in gathering requirements and defining IT solutions within projects. Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders. Experience working with different teams (vendors, project managers, support teams). Facilitates escalations to senior management. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
  
• Availability: Candidate must be available to join within 15-30 days. Candidate must be flexible for working in UK hours.
