As a Business Analyst in the Supply Tech pillar, you will play a key role in identifying business needs, improving processes, and helping shape technology platforms and products that drive operational excellence. Working across diverse stakeholder groups, you will bridge the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value and support strategic goals. This is an exciting opportunity to influence change, improve customer outcomes, and contribute to continuous business growth. Day to day:
  • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Develop use cases and process flows to support the development of software solutions
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and pain points
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are aligned with business goals
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
  • Create business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support business opportunities
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a business analyst role or similar
  • Minimum 5 years experience in customer service
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Project management skills with a focus on process improvement
