Business Analyst
Summary
Business Analyst gathers and documents software requirements, converts them into user stories, and supports Agile delivery, UAT, and release processes.
- Engage stakeholders to capture business needs, processes, pain points, and outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, playbacks, and requirement validation sessions.
- Document functional / non-functional requirements for software applications, APIs, integrations, databases, dashboards, and workflows.
- Convert requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, defect triage, release readiness, and business sign-off.
- Business analysis experience in digital product or full-stack software project delivery.
- Strong requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and process documentation skills.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, UAT, release readiness, and change management.
- Exposure to front-end, back-end, APIs, databases, integrations, dashboards, and enterprise workflows.
- Strong communication, facilitation, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Working knowledge of full-stack .NET delivery, APIs, databases, integrations, and secure enterprise applications.
- Exposure to LCNC product delivery using Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, connectors, and governance basics.
- Experience with automation, reporting, dashboards, and process digitization.
